Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY
We will endeavour to despatch all orders within three to five working days of receipt, providing items are available. We advise you allow up to 21 days at busy times, such as the run up to Christmas.
UK DELIVERY
STANDARD DELIVERY - All Mainland UK orders (Not including the Scottish Highlands) over the value of £100.00 will be despatched Free of Charge. Orders under the value of £100.00 will incur a delivery cost of £10.00.
EXPRESS NEXT DAY DELIVERY – All Mainland UK orders (excluding the Scottish Highlands) can opt for Express Next Day Delivery on orders placed before 11am Monday to Thursday, at a cost of £15.00. (Please note that the Express delivery will be made on the next business working day i.e Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays).

EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Additional charges for taxes, duties and services may be applied due to your chosen delivery address. In general you will need to pay VAT at the rate applicable in your country. You will be contacted by our courier with details of these costs and payment will be required prior to any items being delivered.
EUROPEAN MAINLAND COUNTRY DELIVERY - We offer standard delivery to the following European countries at a cost of £25.00
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City (Holy See)
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - We offer standard delivery to all remaining countries at a cost of £50.00
Whilst we make every effort to deliver your order promptly we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of Carrier Company actions which are beyond our control. We cannot deliver to PO Box numbers.
If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time please contact us and we will investigate and advise you of the expected delivery time.
Please do not take delivery of any packages or cartons that are damaged or open, and ask the Carrier to return the parcel or parcels to us. We will then contact you to ask if you wish for a re-delivery or refund.
DAMAGED GOODS
We will always take great care to make sure that you receive your order in perfect condition. However if your goods are found to be damaged or faulty on receipt please contact us or telephone +44(0)1730 821811 advising us of the problem. We will then issue a returns authorisation code and instructions on how to return the goods to us. We will arrange for a Carrier to collect the goods, which should be wrapped in their original packaging, and ask that you obtain from the Carrier a receipt confirming they have collected the goods for return to us. On receiving your goods back we will check for the reported damage or fault and will refund you or replace the goods as requested. We will not be liable for the return Carrier costs if the goods are found to be in perfect condition and this cost will be deducted from the refund. We cannot accept any claims for damage caused by you the customer.
RETURNS
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from William Yeoward Crystal. If you however wish to return any items from your purchase we are happy to provide a refund or replacement providing the goods are in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition. To receive a refund you must return the goods to us within 40 days of delivery to you.
In order to arrange a refund, return or breakage replacement you will require a returns authorisation code. To obtain this please contact us or telephone +44(0)1730 821811.
You will receive a reply with an authorisation code that you will need to quote on all correspondence and also instructions on how to proceed with the product return. Please note that the original delivery charges will not be refunded. Your payment will be refunded by William Yeoward Crystal, as soon as possible by the original payment method, once the item has been received by us in a resaleable condition.
The cost of returning any unwanted goods is at your expense or alternatively we can arrange a collection at cost.
